a quiet night in with my parents

The clock ticks
And
Our hearts beat
All in an involuntary chaotic unison.
I soak these moments with my makers up
In a sort of inevitable desperation.
One day they will rest
And
The clock will continue to tick.
Painfully and with no remorse
It will tick.

Got to Haves

This amazing Cd. Lead singer of Sigur Ros going solo

Anthropologie's New Spring Collection

These cute & classy cupcakes
This adorable puppy with pink glasses included

I just finished a Syphilis paper for Micro that I have been literally working on all weekend so I figured some internet browsing of items that I want wouldn't hurt too much. Today the family went out and celebrated my mother's birthday and I still have a big takeout box full of scrumptious Chicken Carbonara that probably won't be in there for too much longer :] This week of classes is going to be tough - 6 tests and a paper + presentation due and all in just 2 days, we won't get in to the rest of the week. But for now I'm going to get ready for bed, relax, watch the Oscars, enjoy a delicious grapefruit& say goodnightY

Life to you
Is living in a lonely loft.
Where the only sounds that dance within the room
Are the same ones that have escaped from
your own mouth.
And the only thoughts that ever mattered are in
your own head.

Well, so be it.

Life to me is about Love
It's about responsibility
It's about forgiveness
It's about compassion
And it's about growing up on a constant
Constantly learning
Constantly growing
Constantly accepting

Who's it going to matter to when you leave this world?

Lately it's been nothing but curly hair
& chunky floral sweaters.

What's been tickling my eardrums for the past couple of weeks:

Tegan & Sara: The Con
YYYYY
I'd have to give this album a 5 out of 5 hearts.
Pretty much magical, fits any sort of mood.
The type of cd that can play through over & over
again without you having to skip through songs.
My favorites: #3, #6, #9, #12

Pete Yorn & Scarlett Johansson:Break Up
YY
2 out of 5 hearts
Not that it was bad at all,
just not quite a favorite.
Surprisingly as lovely as Scarlett already is
her voice has raspy sort of twang to it,
perfect for folk - in which i found quite surprising.
My favorites: #1, #6
